A design leader with over 7 years of experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury interiors, Labdhi brings a proven ability to lead projects end-to-end — from concept through to site execution.
As Founder and Design Lead of Elle Interiors, she built and directed a full-service design practice, managing client relationships, cross-functional teams, and project delivery across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail typologies. That entrepreneurial experience, combined with her current role at Edifice Consultants on large-scale luxury developments, has shaped an approach to design leadership that is purposeful, collaborative, and detail-driven.
Outside of work, she’s drawn to exploring new places and perspectives — experiences that continually shape how she thinks, creates, and leads. She brings that same openness to every team she works with, fostering collaboration where creativity and accountability go hand in hand.
